It is so refreshing to call a company and talk to a human rt off the bat. Also had an electrical issue and the one I that answered the phone solved the problem rt then and there. Sent parts fixed it and gained a customer for life. Dang on rt these are good people.

After doing research on which grapple to purchase (7 months) for my sub compact GC1725, i went with the WL Long RGB3 54”This company produces a grapple that is far superior than any other grapple on the market., it may cost a pinch more than other grapples, but it also is heavier built than any other grapple, just look at the gussets and hardened replaceable teeth.Although i had to purchase from a local dealer, the staff at WR Long was more than willing to answer my questions. I spoke with Benex many times and he was very helpful..i chose to use a diverter valve mounted on the cross beam of f the loader. This eliminated having to instal the two extra hoses.

My family has a total of 3 W.R. Long grapples. One for a CAT 246C, a JD 6430 and a MF 2800M. We really enjoy the quality that goes into these grapples and have used them for all sorts of tasks. You can tell they were designed with the end user in mind as they are practical and heavy duty.
